007. Good Morning, Katipunan (01.07.12)

006. Target Sighted (01.06.12)

And so just 2 days after getting back to school, my Marketing groupmates and I had to once again trade sleep in exchange for researching on our paper. Yesterday, Mawi actually went to Eastwood to buy a Nerf gun, which he claimed he was gonna use to shoot whoever fell asleep while doing the paper (but he never did, thankfully). 

005. When A Plan Comes Together (01.05.12)

Last year, I had a Starbucks planner and made a resolution to be more organized and all that, but less than halfway through the year, I actually stopped using it. This year, after discovering that Moonleaf also had a planner, and that you didn’t need to collect stickers by buying drinks, I decided to go ahead and get myself one. Here’s to a hopefully organized year!

004. Tangled (01.04.12)

Since the first day back to school was on a Wednesday (when I only have one class), it wasn’t all that interesting. And the fact that we only had group consultations for our Marketing paper made it even less exciting. However, the highlight had to be finally being able to visit the aMp bench again and seeing all those familiar faces I missed over the break. :)

003. Two-Faced (01.03.12)

Since having the entire house renovated would cost too much in one sitting, my mom decided to save up for now and have the second floor done later on this year instead. So when you go up to the second floor of our house, there’s a distinct difference between the freshly-painted walls of the first floor and the walls of the second floor.

002. Change (01.02.12)

What started out as simply painting the first floor of our house so that it looked new turned into an all-out episode of Extreme Makeover. After having the first floor painted a fresh coat of white, and after having more shelves and cabinets constructed in the kitchen, my mom decided to have the front area of our house tiled and roofed. This proved useful when we held the family reunion and it rained during the afternoon. And every now and then, we set up a table and some chairs outside and have lunch there where it’s nice and windy. And, of course, we brought out a sofa and a recliner of sorts for siestas.

001. Thicker Than Water (01.01.12)

Well, I actually decided to actually try this “Project 365”, well, in this case, “Project 366”, so I could train and develop my photography skills over the course of this year, and also to test how dedicated I can get. Plus, it seems like fun.

So on January 1st, New Year’s Day, my mom’s relatives came over and had a merienda/dinner reunion with us. It’s become a tradition every 1st of January, and it’s always good to see these relatives since they live so far away that we actually only have this day to see each other.

And with the amount of food that’s on the table everytime we have these reunions, I can’t complain.
